Tenant sessions are priced at a flat 49 AED per session for apartments and villas alike, payable in advance. Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Agent inspections are priced at AED 79 per inspection, charged at the time of submission. Agents may alternatively subscribe to an unlimited monthly plan at AED 1,499 per month; subscribed agents are not charged per inspection during an active subscription period.
Landlord self-inspections (inspections conducted directly by a landlord on a property they own) are not charged. The landlord plan supports up to 3 active properties at no cost; for higher volume, register as an agent. Read-only review access by landlords, agents or other parties is not charged.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Telr. We do not store your card details. Telr's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
Pricing for any service may change. The price applied to a transaction will be the price shown on the checkout screen at the time of purchase (for per-session and per-inspection charges) or the price stated in your active subscription at the start of the billing period (for monthly plans).

6. Your Use of the Report
You own the photographs you upload and the resulting Report. We grant you an unrestricted right to use, print, share, and submit the Report for any lawful purpose — including for use with your landlord, letting agent, the Rental Disputes Centre, or in legal proceedings.
The Report is documentary evidence; it is not a legal opinion or a guarantee of any particular outcome in a dispute. We make no warranty that any third party — including any landlord, court, or government authority — will accept or act upon the Report.
7. Refunds
Before delivery: if a Report has been paid for but has not yet been generated and emailed to you, you may request a full refund by emailing sbluey18@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment.
After delivery: because the Report is a digital good delivered immediately on payment, it is non-refundable once it has been emailed to you, save where required by applicable consumer protection law.
Faulty delivery: if you do not receive your Report within 30 minutes of payment and we are unable to deliver it to you within 7 days, we will refund you in full.
8. Acceptable Use
upload photographs you do not own or do not have permission to upload;
manipulate, alter, or fabricate photographs in a way intended to mislead any third party (for example, by misrepresenting the condition or date of a property);
use the Service to commit fraud, harass any person, or violate any applicable law;
attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for the Report in question.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of any rental deposit, loss of profits, or loss arising from your use of the Report in a dispute.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
