Common Questions

• Do I need an account to create a tenant report?

  No. The tenant flow is anonymous and session-based — you capture, pay 49 AED, and we email you the PDF. Your session lives in your browser cookie; if you switch devices we'll email you a resume link.

• Will my photos work as legal evidence?

  Every photo is EXIF-timestamped, SHA-256 hashed, and bundled into a tamper-evident PDF that the UAE Rental Disputes Centre and other parties can verify. We can't guarantee the outcome of any specific dispute, but the format meets the evidence standards UAE arbitrators ask for.

• What if I don't finish my report in one go?

  Your draft stays for 7 days. Photos and notes are saved to the cloud as you capture them, so you can close the browser and come back later from the same device — or use the resume link we email after you submit your address.

• Can I share the report with my landlord or the RDC?

  Yes. After payment you'll get the PDF by email and a shareable link. The link lets your landlord or agent open the report without an account, acknowledge or dispute each item, and keep their own copy.

• Do I need internet to capture photos?

  Capture works on any modern mobile browser. A short signal drop while you're inside the property is fine — your photos queue and upload when you're back online. For long offline stretches, install RentSnagr to your home screen first (see above).

• How do landlords and agents use RentSnagr?

  Landlords manage their properties in a dashboard, invite tenants by email, and review each captured item with acknowledge or dispute. Agents run inspections under their own agency brand. See the Pricing page for plan details.
